M.Sc. Yoga at SRK University is a 2-year postgraduate degree in yoga science offered in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Running since 2018, it builds on B.Sc. Yoga with advanced yoga therapy and research training, with 10 seats for 2026-27.

M.Sc. Yoga at SRK University is the university’s most advanced yoga qualification, with just 10 seats making it SRK’s smallest cohort in the Allied Science & Humanities faculty. Running since 2018, it’s designed for B.Sc. Yoga graduates who want to move into yoga therapy specialization, research, or teaching roles at the college level rather than instructor-level positions.
The small cohort size reflects the specialized, research-intensive nature of postgraduate yoga education, with students completing advanced therapeutic application training and a dissertation. For B.Sc. Yoga graduates aiming at yoga therapy clinics, research institutions, or academic teaching careers, M.Sc. Yoga is SRK’s terminal qualification before PhD-level study.

Semester 1 covers Advanced Yoga Philosophy and Research Methodology.
Semester 2 introduces Yoga Therapy for Chronic Conditions and Psychology of Yoga.
Semesters 3–4 focus on clinical yoga therapy practicum and a dissertation, building specialized therapeutic and research competence.
Candidates need a B.Sc. Yoga degree or equivalent from a recognised university, meeting the minimum aggregate percentage set for admission.
SRK University offers 10 seats annually for its M.Sc. Yoga programme, its smallest cohort in this faculty.
Graduates pursue roles as yoga therapists, research associates, and yoga faculty at colleges and wellness institutions.
Admission is based on B.Sc. Yoga marks, followed by document verification and counselling.
