Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam College offers three pharmacy pathways: D.Pharma (2-year diploma, 60 seats, established 2018), B.Pharma (4-year bachelor's, 100 seats, established 2018) and newly launched M.Pharma (2-year master's, 2024) with four specializations—Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics and Pharmacognosy (15 seats per specialization). The college provides integrated progression from diploma through postgraduate studies within one institution.

Each specialization is 2 years with 15 seats, combining coursework with faculty-mentored research.
